The project brief form asks for the following information:
- Your name, company, work email and, optionally, a phone or WhatsApp number
- Project name, location, purpose, model type, preferred scale or size
- Required completion date and delivery or installation location
- A written project description
- Any files you choose to attach
- Whether the project requires an NDA, and your consent to be contacted
File uploads and project confidentiality
Drawings, models and other files submitted with a brief are treated as confidential project material. Access is limited to the people involved in preparing your quotation and, if the project proceeds, producing the model.
Where a project requires an NDA, the terms of that agreement take precedence over this notice.
Why the information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, ask follow-up questions and, where a project proceeds, deliver the work.
It is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate, explicit request from you.
Service providers and cross-border processing
Website hosting, email and file storage may involve service providers operating outside the United Arab Emirates. The specific providers, their locations and the safeguards applied will be listed here once confirmed.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records and project files are retained only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for any applicable record-keeping obligation. The confirmed retention periods will be stated here following legal review.
